2 night minimum stay except during Holiday periods.

Our rates remain constant throughout the year - weekends and holidays included.

All rates subject to 4% Dutchess County Lodging tax.

$300 reservation deposit required upon making reservation and signing lease agreement. Balance of rental fee and security deposit is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit

$300 security deposit is required from all first time guests. This deposit is returned upon departure or within 1 week of departure.

Cancellation policy

. $50 handling fee for any cancelations

. Up to 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund (less $50)

. 14-19 days prior to arrival - 50% refund

. 0-13 days prior to arrival -No refund

Given if alternative rental is obtained.

We will provide:

. 3.5 acre lake that you share with no one else (except large mouth bass, etc)

. 85 acres to explore with some marked hiking trails

. Access to 105 acre land trust adjoining our property with 3 miles of hiking trails

. Covered porch overlooking lake with cushioned furniture & hanging chairs

. Hammocks and lounging chairs

. Two outdoor dining areas - next to the cabin and at dock area

. Fresh herb garden (in season)

. Rowboat and inflatables for enjoying the lake

. A 40 foot gorge

. Outdoor lighting around cabin

. Much wildlife - heron, geese, deer frogs, fish

Romantic one room log cabin with:
